HO-scale Southern Pacific The Challenger Pullman Chair Car is a detailed model designed for HO-scale layouts, reproducing SP's classic 77-foot Pullman chair cars used on the Challenger service. The model features era-accurate interiors and exteriors, including wall colors in apricot or seafoam green and seating colors in dark rose, turquoise, or forest green that vary with road number, along with full underbody detail, constant interior LED lighting, operating diaphragms, and McHenry scale knuckle-spring couplers. It offers skirted or de-skirted body options and is built to run on standard HO curves with a 24-inch minimum radius.

Originally built in 1937 by Pullman Standard for Southern Pacific as part of the Coast Daylight fleet, these chair cars later served on trains such as the Lark and Golden State, with some wearing SP's silver-with-red-band general-service scheme before Amtrak.
