The model features see-through cab windows with a full cab interior, etched grills, scale handrails, and a detailed fuel tank, all mounted on a heavy die-cast frame with all-wheel drive for strong pulling power and quiet, smooth performance. It uses body-mounted scale knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) and RP25 wheels for realistic coupling and track reliability. DCC-ready Quick Plug technology with a 21-pin NEM connector simplifies installation, and the onboard DCC decoder powers SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound capable of running in both DC and DCC, providing engine, horn, and bell sounds with precise slow-speed control.
