HO SD70M Locomotive INRD #7004 is a detailed HO-scale model of EMD’s modern SD70M freight locomotive in Indiana Northern Railroad livery. Designed for realistic operation on HO layouts, it features a heavy die-cast frame for traction, RP25 wheel contours for reliable tracking, and a 5-pole skew-wound motor that delivers smooth, steady pulling power. See-through cab windows reveal a full cab interior, and body-mounted scale knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) along with LED lighting enhance the model’s lifelike presence. The model is DCC-ready with a Quick Plug 21-pin interface for easy decoder installation, and DC operation is supported. Optional sound-equipped versions offer Tsunami2 onboard sound and full DCC functionality, delivering engine, horn, and bell sounds for a richer operating experience.

INRD-specific detailing includes flared four-panel radiators, PTC antennas, and a K5LA horn, with front and rear ditch lights for enhanced visibility.
