HO-scale F7A and F7B locomotives in Colorado & Southern livery capture the look and feel of classic EMD F-unit power for HO layouts. The A- and B-units reproduce the bulldog-nose silhouette with see-through cab windows and a full cab interior, making them ideal for pulling freight or passenger trains with authentic presence.

Built around a heavy die-cast frame and a Genesis drivetrain with a 5-pole skew-wound motor, these models deliver smooth, quiet pulling power on HO track. They ride on RP25 wheels with all-wheel electrical pickup, feature directional lighting and LED headlights, and use body-mounted scale knuckle couplers for prototypical operation. DCC-ready with Quick Plug 21-pin NM connectors simplifies decoder installation, and numerous detail parts—etched grills, photo-etched trim, and other fine components—enhance realism. Sound-equipped versions add an onboard Tsunami2 decoder with dual speakers and CV-driven options for MU lashups and control on both DC and DCC layouts. The C&S 701-A/701-B variants are designed for HO layouts with a minimum 18-inch radius (22 inches recommended) to maximize performance and appearance.
