HO F7A Locomotive with DCC and Sound, SNCT 102 is a detailed HO-scale replica of General Motors’ classic EMD F-unit freight locomotive. Equipped with a DCC decoder and SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound, it delivers authentic engine, horn, and bell sounds through dual cube speakers, with operation that works on both DC and DCC layouts. A 21-pin NEM plug keeps installation straightforward for DCC enthusiasts, and the road-numbered SNCT 102 adds authentic prototype detail.

Built for realism on modern layouts, this F-Unit features a heavy die-cast frame for traction, LED lighting with directional operation, see-through cab windows and a full interior, and separately applied detail parts including etched metal fan grilles. Body-mounted McHenry knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) and a robust driveline provide smooth, quiet operation, while the model remains compatible with standard HO curves (minimum radius 18 inches, 22 inches recommended).
