HO F89F Bi-Level Auto Rack CBQ BTTX #930173 (ATHG-1776)

This HO-scale bi-level auto rack model faithfully reproduces CBQ and BTTX prototype equipment for HO layouts. It combines a die-cast underframe with a highly detailed injection-molded body, delivering prototypical ride height and crisp paint and lettering. End bridge plates are included where applicable, along with other fine detailing to capture the era's look.

Designed for reliable operation, the model rolls on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours and 70-ton roller bearing trucks with rotating bearing caps installed for smooth running on most HO track. Body-mounted McHenry scale double-shelf knuckle couplers provide realistic coupling, while separately-applied details such as brake hoses, trainline hoses, hand brakes, and a detailed deck with authentic safety railing enhance realism. The minimum radius is 22 inches, with 24 inches or larger recommended for best performance.
