This HO-scale model brings the GP38-2’s rugged freight-hauler character to your layout, pairing a detailed prototype shell with a DCC decoder and SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound for authentic engine noises, horns, and bells. It runs on both DC and DCC, giving flexibility for layouts and clubs.

Power comes from a Genesis driveline with a five-pole motor and flywheels for smooth, quiet operation and strong pulling power, while a heavy die-cast frame adds traction.
