HO Scale ICC Wide-Vision Caboose — Rio Grande (DRGW) prototype. This HO model recreates the late‑1960s Wide‑Vision caboose design, with a cupola that extends beyond the car body for improved rear visibility. It arrives fully assembled and ready to run, featuring an injection‑molded body with accurate roadname and number, interior crew seating, see‑through end platforms and steps, flush glazing, and wire grab irons, plus machined metal wheels and a weighted chassis for dependable operation.

On the layout, this caboose delivers authentic detail and operation: LED lighting with an on‑board DCC decoder supports both DCC and analog layouts with adjustable brightness for interior and marker lights; full underframe detail including air‑brake components; etched metal coupler platforms and body‑mounted knuckle‑spring couplers for reliable coupling; and authentic hardware such as trainline hoses and brake lines. Rio Grande‑specific touches include the 1966 first ICC wide‑vision order, a firecracker antenna, a trainline air whistle in DCC mode, and rotating roller bearings, all finished with prototypical paint and precise detailing.
