HO-scale Genesis EMD SD90MAC diesel locomotive with DCC and sound brings a modern-era powerhouse to an HO layout. This road-numbered model features an onboard DCC decoder and SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound with dual speakers, delivering authentic engine rumble, horn, and bell that respond to throttle changes. Fully assembled and ready to run, it also includes LED lighting, a detailed cab interior, etched see-through steps, and a heavy die-cast frame for added pulling power and stability.

Designed for realistic HO operation, it carries prototype-specific details such as road-number options with nose doors (with or without windows), front ditch lights, walkways, and carefully painted detailing drawn from prototype resources. It uses body-mounted scale knuckle couplers, all-wheel drive for smooth, quiet operation, and a 21-pin DCC plug for easy decoder upgrades. The version carries road number SLRG #115. Minimum layout radii are 18 inches, with 22 inches recommended for the best performance on curves.
