HO-scale SD70ACE Locomotive in EMDX Demonstrator GM72 livery. This fully assembled, ready-to-run model reproduces the modern prototype for HO layouts, offering a realistic centerpiece for both serious collectors and everyday operation.

Built on a heavy die-cast frame with eight-wheel drive, RP25 wheel contours, and a detailed fuel tank, the model emphasizes authentic scale detail, including etched see-through steps, a full cab interior visible through the cab windows, walkways, wire grab irons, trainline and MU hoses, and LED lighting. The roof is magnetically removable for maintenance, and it’s DCC-ready with Quick Plug technology and a 21-pin NEM connector. Sound-equipped versions add a SoundTraxx Tsunami2 decoder with dual speakers, delivering authentic engine, horn, and bell sounds that work in both DC and DCC, with CVs available to tailor slow-speed performance and lashups.
