Designed for HO railroading, this model is DCC-ready with Quick Plug plug-and-play technology and a 21-pin NMRA connector. It features fine-scale Celcon handrails, body-mounted McHenry knuckle couplers, and a Genesis driveline with a 5-pole motor for smooth, quiet operation and all-wheel drive. LED lighting, see-through cab windows, and a heavy die-cast frame add realism and traction, while it runs on both DC and DCC and includes a CV chart for easy tuning; the minimum recommended radius is 22 inches. UP-specific detailing includes an 88-inch nose with clear class lights, 4500-gallon fuel tank, rear class lights, nose-mounted brake wheel, and spare knuckle brackets for prototype accuracy.
