The weathering-ready base colors are faded to resemble prototype equipment, providing a ready canvas for adding grime, rust, and other authentic wear to taste.

Inside the shell, the model delivers true-to-life detailing: separate wire grab irons and etched coupler platforms, full underframe details with air reservoirs, control valves and brake hardware, and a weighted body for stable operation. It rides on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours and body-mounted scale knuckle couplers for reliable, prototype-accurate handling on HO tracks; the model is designed to perform on common layouts with minimum radii of 18 inches (22 inches recommended).
