An HO scale model of the 3-bay Center Flow covered hopper, faithfully recreating American Car and Foundry's mid-1960s design in the 4600 cubic-foot class. Built to haul grain and other bulk loads, the Center Flow's rounded body supports gravity unloading and eliminates a traditional center sill, a hallmark of these widely used cars. This version captures era variations and is ready to run on a standard HO layout.

Fully assembled and ready to run, the model features a highly detailed injection-molded body with round or trough hatches, a photo-etched roofwalk, and separately applied wire grab irons and stirrup steps. It rides on Genesis 100-ton trucks with 36-inch machined metal wheels and animated spinning roller bearing caps, and uses body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers. Multiple road numbers are included with accurate painting and printing. Era variations are represented—early with a high side ladder and brake wheel, mid with a lower brake wheel and shorter ladders, and late with double side stiffeners after 1971—accompanied by separately applied brake components and wire brake plumbing. The car is weighted for steady performance on typical layouts.
