HO F7A Locomotive WAB #631 (ATHG19590)

This HO-scale F7A locomotive reproduces the Wabash #631, delivering an authentic Phase I F-unit silhouette for HO layouts. It captures the prototype’s bulldog nose, a nose MU connection with cut skirts for this road number, and see-through cab windows with a full cab interior for realistic operation and display.

Powered by a robust drivetrain for smooth, quiet running, it rides on a heavy die-cast frame for traction and features LED lighting, etched detail parts, wire grab irons, and a detailed fuel system. Body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) and a 21-pin NEM DCC-ready connector support reliable operation and easy digital conversion. Sound-equipped variants add onboard DCC with Tsunami2 sound, dual speakers, and independent sound units, along with prototypical lighting effects such as beacons and Gyralight where appropriate. Designed for both DC and DCC operation, the model reflects prototype resources in accurate paint schemes and detailing, with a minimum radius of 18 inches and a recommended 22 inches for best performance on HO tracks.
