HO-scale CNW F3B Locomotive with DCC and Sound captures the Phase II diesel freight power of the Chicago and North Western from the late 1940s. Built for HO-layout operation, this model delivers authentic engine sounds, horn and bell cues, and smooth pulling power for realistic freight runs.

Equipped with an onboard DCC decoder and SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound, dual cube speakers, and a Quick Plug 21-pin NEM connector, the locomotive runs on both DC and DCC (some functions limited in DC) with full NMRA compatibility in DCC. The detailed body includes see-through cab windows with a full interior, etched metal parts, and as-built skirts and grab irons, all riding on a heavy die-cast frame for traction. Body-mounted scale knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible) and RP25-contoured wheels help ensure reliable coupling and smooth operation on HO tracks, while LED lighting adds realism.
