HO-scale CNW F3A/F3B Locomotive Set with DCC & Sound recreates the iconic late-1940s freight power. This two-unit CNW set includes an A-unit and a B-unit in Phase II CNW styling, with authentic details such as as-built skirts, grab irons, a freight pilot, see-through cab windows and a full cab interior. LED lighting and carefully painted detailing contribute to a realistic, prototypical appearance.

Under the hood, a Genesis driveline with a five-pole skew-wound motor and precision gearing delivers smooth, quiet operation and strong traction, supported by all-wheel electrical pickup and RP25 wheels. The model is DCC-ready with Quick Plug plug-and-play technology and a 21-pin NEM connector; sound-equipped versions house a Tsunami2 decoder with dual speakers that provides engine, horn, and bell sounds in both DC and DCC (some functions are limited in DC). The set supports MU lashups and lead-unit control, with prototypical lighting effects such as directional lights, beacons, and Gyralight where prototypically accurate.
