HO-scale F7B diesel locomotive with DCC and sound in Amtrak #399 livery, designed to bring authentic mid-century diesel power to HO layouts. This highly detailed model captures the F-unit silhouette with see-through cab windows and a full cab interior, built on a heavy die-cast frame to provide the weight and traction needed for realistic operation on a model railroad.

Inside lies an onboard DCC decoder with SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound and dual cube speakers for rich, realistic audio. The model runs on both DC and DCC, with full function control in DCC and engine/horn/bell sounds active in DC; some functions are limited in DC. It is DCC-ready with Quick Plug plug-and-play technology and a 21-pin NEM connector, and a CV chart is included for tuning. Prototypical detailing includes body-mounted scale knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible), LED lighting, etched metal grills, see-through cab interior, and a heavy die-cast frame for durability and smooth operation.
