HO Amtrak Cali II Coach & Café Car with Lights is a ready-to-run HO-scale model that recreates Amtrak California’s Surfliner bi-level intercity cars. The two-car set includes a coach car and a café car, each finished in authentic Amtrak colors with accurate artwork and individually named and numbered identities. Features such as tinted windows and full end detailing, along with interior touches like stairs and luggage racks, add realism, and the café car includes a complete kitchen and serving area.

LED lighting provides a lifelike interior glow, and an on-board DCC decoder by NCE enables operation in both DCC and analog layouts, with lighting functions controllable in DCC. For sound-equipped versions, a Tsunami SoundCar decoder delivers authentic Surfliner sounds—A/C operation, doors, station announcements, vacuum toilets, rail noises, and more—with cab cars featuring working headlights and ditch lights. The model uses McHenry scale knuckle couplers, RP25 wheel contours for smooth operation on popular HO track, and all-wheel electrical pickup to help maintain reliable power on diverse layouts.
