HO-scale Amtrak California Bi-Level Cars with Lights is a four-car set that faithfully recreates Amtrak's early California Car intercity fleet in HO scale. The models capture the distinctive two-level design, including accurate body and interior details, tinted windows, and licensed Amtrak paint schemes. LED lighting provides long-lasting illumination for both interiors and exteriors, and cab cars feature working headlights and flashing ditch lights for realistic night-time operation on a layout.

Built for reliable operation on modern layouts, these cars feature McHenry scale-knuckle couplers (Kadee-compatible), RP25 wheel contours for smooth running on most brands of track, and all-wheel electrical pickup. An on-board DCC decoder by NCE powers the lighting and enables operation in both DCC and analog modes. Sound-equipped versions add a Tsunami SoundCar decoder with authentic Surfliner sounds—A/C, doors, announcements, rail clack, and brake noises—along with interior LEDs on both levels and cab-car headlights with ditch lights for added realism.
