HO-scale 13,600-gallon acid tank car is a detailed model built for realistic operation on HO layouts. This prototype-inspired car recreates a 13,600-gallon acid tank unit used to transport chemical liquids and is offered in multiple road numbers, with options for singles or three-car sets to help build a believable fleet.

Designed for authentic operation, it features an injection-molded body with etched metal walkways, separately applied wire grabs and handrails, and end sills tailored to the prototype. The full underframe includes an air brake reservoir, control valve, and brake cylinder with plumbing, while machined metal wheels with RP25 contours ensure smooth performance on most track brands. The couplers are body-mounted McHenry scale double-shelf knuckle units with lift bars, brake hoses, and trainline hoses. Trucks feature animated rotating bearing caps, and the model rides on a minimum 18-inch radius, making it suitable for smaller layouts while delivering high-fidelity detailing and prototypical paint and printing.
