HO Scale Genesis G2 AC4400CW Locomotive with DCC and Sound in CNW livery is a ready-to-run model designed to faithfully reproduce GE’s AC4400CW for Chicago & Northwestern. The CNW units wore the Lighting Stripe paint with an Operation Lifesaver emblem on the long hood, and the model sits on a heavy die-cast frame for solid pulling power and realistic weight on the rails.

With DCC-ready plug-and-play capability and a 21-pin NEM connector, the sound-equipped version includes a DCC decoder with SoundTraxx Tsunami2, dual speakers, and full DCC functionality, while DC operation still delivers engine and horn sounds. Realistic lighting features illuminate the number boards, front and rear walkway lights, and marker lights, and the model includes etched see-through walkways, a full cab interior, scale handrails, and detailed fuel tanks and hoses. McHenry scale knuckle couplers and RP25 wheels ensure compatibility with a wide range of rolling stock, and a heavy die-cast frame supports smooth, quiet operation and strong traction. A grime-ready finish option provides a convincing starting point for weathering the unit to resemble years of service.
