Additional realism is provided by illuminated ground lights above the front trucks, front and rear walkway lights, and etched, see-through walkway steps.

Inside, the Genesis Dash 9-44CW delivers authentic operation with an onboard DCC decoder and SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound, including two speakers for clear, full audio in both DC and DCC layouts.
