HO U50 Locomotive SP #9951 is an HO-scale replica of Southern Pacific’s 5,000-horsepower dual-prime-mover diesel. This fully assembled, ready-to-run model recreates the U50 design—two 2,500-horsepower prime movers on a single chassis—for dramatic power on freight runs. It’s built with a DCC-ready Quick Plug 21-pin NEM interface, and sound-equipped variants add onboard SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound for added realism on your layout.

Detail highlights include SP-style lighting such as illuminated truck lights, classification lights, and number-board lights, plus see-through air intakes and MU hoses, with a full cab interior and see-through cab windows.
