Meet the HO-scale Burlington Northern GP50 locomotive, road number 3126—a ready-to-run model built for HO layouts. This GP50 captures the era with a Phase II body, angled blower housing, and authentic details such as a small EMD plow, a Leslie 3-chime horn, a single firecracker antenna, and a nose hatch. For prototype accuracy, 3126 wears an orange-and-black front with a Western Cullen beacon, reflecting BN's era scheme, and the model is DCC-ready with Quick Plug technology and a 21-pin NEM connector to support current layout control.

On the rails, the GP50 delivers realistic operation and presentation: a full cab interior and see-through windows, etched see-through steps, wire grab irons, coupler cut levers, walkway tread, lift rings, and windshield wipers; McHenry scale knuckle couplers (Kadee compatible) and RP25 wheel contours ensure smooth performance on common tracks.
