Designed for HO-scale layouts, this GP50 features a full cab interior with see-through windows, wire grab irons, etched see-through steps, walkways, and fine-scale Celcon handrails, all mounted on a heavy die-cast frame for solid pulling power. It uses a Genesis driveline with a five-pole motor and all-wheel drive for smooth, quiet operation, and its RP25-contoured wheels run reliably on most popular track. The model is DCC-ready with Quick Plug plug-and-play technology and a 21-pin NEM connector, and includes an onboard DCC decoder with Tsunami2 sound and dual speakers, delivering engine, horn, and bell sounds in both DC and DCC modes. It is ready to run right out of the box with prototype-correct paint and printing, and offers grime-weathering options for an in-service look. Minimum radius is 18 inches, with 22 inches recommended for best performance.
