HO MP15AC Locomotive in Soo Line livery, road number 1539—an accurate, ready-to-run HO-scale replica built for model railroaders who want a compact, versatile switcher to handle yard work and light mainline duties. The MP15AC was introduced in the 1970s as the AC-drive successor to the MP15DC, and this model captures its distinctive look with lower nose intakes and electric cooling fans, plus the extended body that housed the AC equipment for reliable traction on the layout.
