HO GP38-2 Locomotive MILW 354 is an HO-scale model recreating Milwaukee Road's GP38-2 fleet from the early 1970s. This MILW 354 unit includes road-number-specific details such as a non-dynamic brake hatch and no beacon, plus a 1,700-gallon fuel tank, solid front and rear handrails, all-weather cab windows, and cab vents for a convincing, workhorse appearance.

Designed for realistic operation on hobby layouts, this GP38-2 is built around a heavy die-cast frame for traction, with RP25-contoured wheels and body-mounted McHenry knuckle couplers for reliable coupling. It can be ordered as a DCC-ready model with Quick Plug plug-and-play via a 21-pin NM connector, and sound-equipped versions feature a SoundTraxx Tsunami2 decoder with dual speakers for authentic engine, horn, and bell sounds in both DC and DCC. LED lighting and operating class lights with number boards add visibility and prototype cues, and the model is fully assembled and ready to run, compatible with minimum 18-inch curves (22 inches recommended).
