The HO 50' PC&F Box car is a highly detailed model designed to enhance any railroad setup. This model features separate wireform grab irons and etched metal details that add realism to the construction. With a full underframe detail, it includes components such as air brake reservoirs and brake cylinders, complete with plumbing and rod details. Designed with performance in mind, the car is weighted to ensure optimum functionality on the tracks.

The model boasts animated rotating bearing caps on the trucks, enhancing its operational authenticity. It comes equipped with McHenry scale double-shelf knuckle couplers and intricately detailed coupler lift bars, trainline hoses, and brake hoses. Its machined metal wheels are designed with RP25 contours, making them compatible with all major track brands.

Additionally, this model is accurately painted and printed for a prototypical look. It has been designed to operate on radii from a minimum of 18” to an ideal 22”. As part of the Primed for Grime series, it mimics the appearance of in-service equipment with faded base colors that are matched to the prototype, serving as an excellent foundation for adding grime and rust effects.
