HO Bay Window Caboose with Lights and Sound is an HO-scale, ready-to-run model that brings authentic caboose operation to your layout. Designed to reflect Southern Pacific-era bay-window caboose styling with ICC-era detailing cues, this coach combines period-accurate looks with modern electronics for realistic lighting and an optional sound experience during switching and tail-end scenes.

Inside, LED interior lighting and an on-board DCC decoder by NCE enable reliable operation in both DCC and analog layouts, with all functions NMRA-compatible in DCC mode. The model features a highly detailed injection-molded body with flush glazing, wire-form grab irons, and road-name/road-number-specific printing, plus body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle-spring couplers and machined wheels with RP25 contours for smooth tracking. It is weighted for stable performance and ready to run straight from the box, compatible with HO radii as small as 18 inches. Sound-equipped versions use a Tsunami decoder to reproduce horn and brake sounds, wheel chatter, and other era-appropriate audio cues for a more immersive operating experience.
