HO ICC CA-10 Caboose with Lights and Sound in Union Pacific markings. This fully assembled HO-scale model faithfully recreates UP’s CA-10 class cupola caboose, featuring built-in LED lighting with an option to add sound for a richer operating experience. DCC lighting is standard, and the model is ready to run straight from the box, with roadname- and road-number-specific detailing and laser-sharp painting that captures the character of the prototype.

On the technical side, the model includes an on-board DCC decoder by NCE, allowing operation in DCC and analog (DC) layouts with lighting functions controllable in DCC. LED interior and marker lights with brightness control provide realistic illumination, and the car can be configured with era-appropriate marker lights. It also features see-through end platforms and steps, flush window glazing, wire-form grab irons, and full underframe detailing such as air brake reservoirs and control valves. Machined metal wheels with RP25 contours ride on trucks, and body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle-spring couplers ensure smooth operation. The model is weighted for stable running and offers multiple road numbers; sound-equipped versions include a Tsunami SoundCar decoder delivering authentic sounds such as air horn or whistle, wheel clack, brake noises, and more, with full DCC function and Advanced Consisting support. The design specifies an 18-inch minimum radius for curves.
