HO G2.0 SD59M-2 with DCC and Sound UP #9908 (ATHG80263)

HO-scale Union Pacific SD59M-2 locomotive with DCC and sound (UP #9908) is a ready-to-run model designed to faithfully reproduce UP’s rebuilt SD60Ms in a compact, feature-rich package. The UP 9908 edition carries the Lightning Stripe with Nose Shield and wings and a windowless nose door, delivering a prototype-accurate appearance on the layout.

Inside, a heavy die-cast frame and a Genesis drive system deliver strong traction and smooth, quiet operation, with all-wheel electrical pickup and RP25-wheel contours for reliable performance on HO track. It features LED lighting, see-through cab windows with a full cab interior, detailed fuel tank and walkways, and scale handrails, plus McHenry scale knuckle couplers compatible with Kadee. An onboard DCC decoder with Tsunami2 sound provides realistic engine, horn, and bell sounds on both DC and DCC, with CV-based options for tuning MU lashups and other adjustments. Minimum layout radius is 18 inches (22 inches recommended), and the model ships fully assembled and ready to run.
