This HO-scale VIA Rail Canada P42DC Genesis locomotive reproduces VIA #917 in the teal-and-green livery introduced in 2015. Fully assembled and ready to run, the model captures the VIA-specific nose detailing and a bright front light, with officially licensed artwork and paint colors for an authentic VIA appearance on HO layouts.

Behind the scenes, the Genesis-driven model delivers reliable pulling power with a 5-pole motor, precision flywheels, all‑wheel drive, and a die-cast frame for durability.
