HO-scale P42DC Locomotive with DCC & Sound in VIA Rail Canada’s Love The Way scheme on unit #911 is a meticulously detailed Genesis-class model built for HO layouts. This officially licensed release by Amtrak, Via Rail Canada and Operation Lifesaver reproduces VIA’s wrapped livery with English on the right-hand side and French on the left, and includes VIA-approved artwork, an extra nose light, a VIA-style antenna array, dual 5-chime horns, and front and rear marker lights for an authentic, prototypical appearance.

Fully assembled and ready to run, the model combines authentic performance with modern features. It houses a DCC decoder with SoundTraxx Tsunami2 sound and dual 28mm speakers, supports full DCC functions, and uses a Quick Plug 21-pin NEM connector for easy setup.
