HO-scale GP7 Locomotive in Santa Fe livery (ATSF #2819) reproduces the classic EMD switcher that powered Santa Fe yards and branch lines from the 1950s through the 1970s. Designed for HO-model railroading, this detailed model features a see-through cab interior, LED lighting, and a heavy die-cast frame for solid traction, plus a Genesis-style drivetrain for smooth operation. It reflects road-number specific refinements such as two Santa Fe lettering styles, correct parts placement, and options for spark arrestors (included in a poly bag) and canvas sunshades to match different modeling eras. The locomotive rides on Blomberg-B trucks with scale handrails and uses body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle couplers compatible with Kadee couplers, with a detailed fuel tank and etched radiator grilles that enhance its realism on the layout.
