N 13,600-Gallon Acid Tank Model (ATHGN15321)

An N-scale 13,600-gallon acid tank car designed for realistic prototypical operation on N gauge layouts. This white variant captures the look of a large chemical tanker used for bulk liquid shipments, providing authentic detail and dependable running on standard N-scale track.

Features include body-mounted Type F "double shelf" McHenry couplers, separately applied metal grab irons and handrails, rubber trainline hoses, and coupler cut levers, with full underbody brake and train-line piping. The car also carries etched stainless steel crossover and top platforms, two body phases (early and late) with prototype-appropriate top platforms and brake systems, and end sills. Weighted to NMRA RP-20.1 standards and fitted with machined metal wheels in RP-25 contours, it rolls smoothly on Code 40, 55, and 80 track.
