HO Amtrak Acela II Train Set, part of the Spectrum line, is a DCC-equipped HO-scale model designed to reproduce Amtrak's high-speed Acela service. As an official Amtrak licensee, it features two locomotives—one powered and one unpowered—that can reach scale speeds up to 150 mph, pulling a First Class passenger car, a Business Class passenger car, and a Café Acela car. The set includes a 22-inch-radius, 81-by-45-inch nickel-silver E-Z Track oval along with a power pack and speed controller.

Fully equipped for realism, the Acela II features die-cast gear towers and chassis, a precision motor, and DCC for speed, direction, and lighting control. An interior selector switch allows operation with either rail or pantograph. The model includes working directional headlights, ditch lights, and markers, operating doors, and a tilting chassis that helps it travel smoothly around curves at high speeds.
