HO 100-Ton Bethlehem Steel Three Bay Hopper - CSX #326123 (BAC18718)

An HO-scale Bethlehem Steel 100-ton three-bay hopper car in CSX markings, designed for HO model railroading. This faithful freight car brings to life a classic mid-century coal- or stone-hauler with authentic Bethlehem Steel styling and proportions that fit naturally into CSX-era freight consists.

Beyond its authentic appearance, the model includes separately applied air tanks, brake valve and bracing parts, plus a removable coal or stone load. Interior wall braces are included to create a realistic empty-car look when unloaded, and the detailed trucks feature see-through sideframes with blackened metal wheels in RP25 contours. Magnetically operated EZ Mate couplers simplify coupling to other equipment, and optional modeler-installed weights are included to improve tracking (assembly required). The model measures about 7 inches long, 1.5 inches wide and 1.8 inches tall, while the retail package runs roughly 10 by 1.7 by 3.5 inches.
