Developed with tooling based on original Siemens documentation for prototypical accuracy, this DCC sound-equipped model delivers authentic engine sounds, speed, direction, and lighting control. It features a dual-mode NMRA-compliant decoder, a die-cast frame, and see-through trucks with detailed sideframes, plus separately applied metal handrails, grab irons, horns, brake hoses, MU cables, windshield wipers, antennas, and mirrors. Lighting is fully remappable, including directional headlights, marker lights, illuminated number boards, and ditch lights with Rule 17 dimming. A Keep-Alive device helps maintain operation through power interruptions, while TCS WOWSound provides true CD-quality audio. The locomotive uses magnetically operated E-Z Mate Mark II couplers on both ends and is best suited for 22-inch radius curves or larger, with dimensions around 9 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 2 inches tall.
