G EMD GP40 Locomotive CSX #4409 is a 1:29-scale, high-detail Bachmann Large Scale model designed for realistic operation on hobby layouts. Reproducing the classic EMD GP40 in CSX livery with the number 4409, this locomotive features a non-proprietary plug-and-play circuit board that supports the control system of your choice—including conventional DC power, NMRA/NEM DCC, or RC operation. The GP40 line is offered in four authentic modern-era paint schemes, with CSX #4409 representing one of the era’s CSX schemes.

Engineered for both display and dependable performance, it uses one motor per truck for smooth pulling with low amperage, and includes a diesel smoke unit, white LED headlights, and lighted front number boards.
