Fusion 480 Stretch Conversion Kit (BLH4965)

The Fusion 480 Stretch Conversion Kit converts a Blade Fusion 480 into a 550-size helicopter, delivering a bigger rotor system and longer flight times with minimal setup. By extending the boom and upgrading to 550mm blades, it reduces disk loading and enhances responsiveness for both sport and 3D flying.

Designed to work with the Fusion 480 platform, this stretch kit includes 550mm carbon-fiber main rotor blades, 95mm carbon-fiber tail blades, a tail belt, a new boom and pushrod, and the necessary hardware. Built from carbon fiber and aluminum for strength and lightness, the upgrade pairs with Fusion 480 Power and Super Combos and generally requires no changes to the flight controller, delivering a lighter, more visible, and higher-performance 550-size model.
