HO-scale Baldwin Centipede with DCC & Paragon 4 Sound in the SAL/Citrus paint scheme is a detailed, high-performance model designed to bring the iconic postwar Centipede locomotives to life on HO layouts. With Paragon 4 Sound and Control featuring Rolling Thunder, it delivers authentic engine sounds, horn, cab ambience, and prototypical lighting for immersive operation.

Designed for accurate, reliable operation, the Centipede model uses a dual-mode decoder with Back EMF for smooth slow-speed performance on both DC and DCC. The ABS body and die-cast chassis provide maximum tractive effort, while a built-in capacity pack improves electrical pickup for steady running. Expect prototypically correct paint and detailing, including many separately applied parts such as handrails, grab irons, horns, bells, wipers, and etched metal grills, plus independently controllable headlights, rear lights, cab lights, and number boards. Metal Kadee-compatible couplers (two) are included, it runs on Code 70, Code 83, and Code 100 rails, and has a minimum operating radius of 22 inches.
