N EMD SD70ACe DL&W Heritage Locomotive with Paragon4 (BLI7025)

An N-scale EMD SD70ACe DL&W Heritage locomotive with Paragon4 sound and control, built to bring authentic modern diesel operation to an N-scale roster. This model uses Paragon4 DC/DCC sound and control with Rolling Thunder for realistic engine notes and smooth, slow-speed performance on both DC and DCC layouts. It is offered in the DL&W Heritage scheme, including a NS road-numbered 1074 variant to match prototype rosters.

Constructed with a durable ABS plastic body over a die-cast chassis for weight and traction, it uses all-wheel electrical pickup (excluding rubber traction tires) for steady power. A wealth of separately applied details—handrails, grab irons, horn, bell, and cut levers—adds realism, while prototypical lighting includes a controllable headlight, rear light, cab light, and front ditch lights. The locomotive carries authentic EMD SD70ACe sounds and includes two Microtrains-compatible couplers, and it will run on Code 55, 70, and 80 rails with a 9.75-inch minimum radius. Broadway Limited’s 2022 release offered 18 paint schemes with scheme-specific detail variations for accuracy.
