HO EMD SD45 Locomotive MILW 4002 Delivery Scheme with Paragon 4 (BLI7938)

This HO-scale EMD SD45 locomotive reproduces Milwaukee Road MILW 4002 in its delivery scheme and comes equipped with Paragon 4 sound and control for authentic operation on HO layouts. The prototype SD45s used a 645E3 20-cylinder engine delivering about 3,600 horsepower, a heritage reflected in this detailed model.

With Paragon 4 sound and control featuring Rolling Thunder and an integral dual-mode decoder with Back EMF, it delivers superb slow-speed operation in both DC and DCC. A precision drive mechanism supports heavy towing and smooth starts, while all-wheel electrical pickup and a die-cast chassis under an ABS body provide strong traction. Road-specific painting and lighting, along with many separately applied details such as handrails, grab irons, horn, bell, wipers, and etched grills, enhance realism.
