The N Cryogenic Tank Car, UTLX White, is designed specifically for the transportation of super-cold fluids such as liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. These tank cars feature a high capacity, capable of transporting over 15,000 gallons of liquid oxygen, significantly more than previous models, making them ideal for extensive cold liquid gas hauling on railroads.

Modeled from prototype blueprints, this tank car provides realistic detail and accuracy. It includes carefully applied paint and colors, and fine printing that accurately reproduces builders' stencils, test data, and other markings. The model comes with different roof walkway options and is equipped with various truck options, including friction bearing and roller bearing types. Additionally, the car showcases numerous separately applied details, such as handrails, grab irons, ladders, brake housings, and brake wheels, ensuring a true-to-life representation.

For optimal performance, the N Cryogenic Tank Car is factory-equipped with Microtrains-compatible operating knuckle couplers and features metal wheelsets designed with prototypical wheel face contours. It is also versatile enough to operate on code 55, code 70, and code 80 rail, with a minimum operating radius of 9.75 inches. The two-pack version contains two uniquely numbered cars, making it a great addition for hobbyists and collectors alike.
