N 40' Wood Stock Car NP 82554 with Cattle Sounds (BLI8454)

An N-scale, 40-foot wooden stock car with cattle sounds that brings prototypical livestock operations to a layout. Based on a Pennsylvania Railroad K7A design, this sound-equipped model uses motion-activated technology to play authentic cattle noises whenever the train moves or is jostled.

Constructed from ABS plastic with precise paint, color, and lettering, it features two operating MicroTrains-compatible couplers and is compatible with Code 55, 70, and 80 tracks. It runs on DC and DCC layouts (no DCC control required), with volume and sensitivity adjustable via an included magnet and sound intensity that varies with motion for realism. The model includes numerous detailed parts and a faithful 40-foot silhouette. Note that holiday-themed variants replace livestock noises with seasonal music, such as Halloween spookiness, Christmas carols, or patriotic anthems for Independence Day, and the minimum operating radius is 9.75 inches.
