EMD F3B Locomotive MEC 671B in green and gold — a Maine Central B-unit faithful to the prototype, designed to pair with an A-unit for classic two-unit diesel operation. Part of Broadway Limited Imports’ Stealth Series, this model is DCC-ready with no sound out of the box and can be upgraded with a decoder for audio. Front and rear lights are directional, with other lighting powered by track power, and an eight-ohm speaker is included to simplify adding sound if you choose.

Built with an ABS body and die-cast chassis for maximum tractive effort, it features a precision drive engineered for heavy towing and smooth slow-speed operation, plus all-wheel electrical pickup for reliable performance. The MEC scheme is reproduced with high-quality painting and road numbers, and many separately applied details such as grab irons, horns, and bells add to realism. It includes two MicroTrains-compatible couplers, runs on Code 55, 70, and 80 rails, and requires a minimum 9-inch radius for smooth operation on typical layouts.
