HO-scale Baltimore and Ohio coach-baggage combine car is a two-in-one model that blends passenger seating with baggage space in a single car, offering an efficient way to run a train with fewer cars. Typically positioned at the front of the train as head-end equipment, these combines were used on smaller trains and light branch lines, providing a compact solution for mixed passenger service.

Designed for HO layouts, this model is faithfully detailed and painted to reflect the prototype, finished in Baltimore and Ohio blue/gray with imitation gold trim, with interiors colored to mirror the real car and lighted interiors for added realism. It features many separately applied details such as hand rails and antennas, rides on an ABS chassis with two operating Kadee couplers and realistic underbody detail. Compatible with Code 83 and Code 100 track and requiring an 18-inch minimum radius, it makes a credible centerpiece for Baltimore and Ohio scenes on a layout.
