HO PRR B6sb 0-6-0 Locomotive #134 DCC-Ready (BLI9180)

PRR B6sb 0-6-0 switcher locomotive, HO scale, PRR #134, recreates a compact yard engine used in major freight yards and passenger yards, with occasional branch-line duty. It is available in two configurations: a Stealth Series No-Sound / DCC-Ready version ready for a decoder, or a Paragon4-equipped version with authentic sound for full onboard audio. Built between 1916 and 1920, these switchers were a practical and versatile sight in PRR yards.

Designed for yard work, the model combines a heavy die-cast boiler, tender, and chassis for increased pulling power with a 5-pole motor and back-EMF to ensure smooth slow-speed operation in both DC and DCC. It features prototypical lighting—directional headlights and other lights that respond to track power—along with numerous separately applied details for added realism. Rubber traction tires boost pulling power, and a minimum 18-inch radius keeps the engine running nicely on typical HO layouts. If equipped with Paragon4 sound, the locomotive delivers synchronized puffing smoke and a choice of whistles to match the era, while the No-Sound / DCC-Ready variant provides a decoder-ready platform for a custom installation.
