N Scale EMD SW7 Switcher Locomotive PRR 9387 No-Sound DCC-Ready (BLI9387)

An N-scale EMD SW7 Switcher Locomotive in PRR 9387 livery, designed for yard switching on compact model railroad layouts. This Stealth Series model is No-Sound and DCC-Ready, enabling a DCC decoder and optional sound to be added later. An 8-ohm speaker is installed to simplify sound installation, and front and rear headlights are directional while other lights come on with track power for realistic operation. The drive system is engineered for heavy towing and smooth slow-speed performance, with all-wheel electrical pickup and a die-cast chassis paired with an ABS body for durability and tractive effort.

The model carries prototypically accurate PRR 9387 paint with the road number, and offers seven additional prototype schemes plus one Christmas-themed design in this production run. It includes many separately applied details such as grab irons, horns, and a bell, and MicroTrains-compatible couplers. It will operate on Code 55, Code 70, and Code 80 rails and has a minimum operating radius of 9 inches, making it suitable for a wide range of layouts.
