An HO-scale model of the Chicago and North Western 4-6-2 "Yellow Jacket" locomotive, number 620, designed to reproduce the look and feel of the real engine as it appeared during the 1942–1952 era. Available in DCC-ready (no sound) or sound-equipped configurations, it’s built to perform on HO layouts and to pull passenger trains with authentic presence.

Premium construction includes handcrafted brass boiler, cab, and tender bodies on a heavy die-cast chassis, powered by a five-pole motor for steady pulling power and smooth slow-speed operation. It features a wealth of separately applied details, prototypical lighting (headlight, number boards, cab light), engineer and fireman figures, and rubber traction tires for added traction. The model covers three prototypical appearances (1942, 1944, 1952) with era-accurate renumbering and even offers two fantasy liveries (Seaboard Air Line and Chicago and Eastern Illinois). Depending on version, it can include Paragon4 sound with synchronized puffing smoke and chuff and an integrated DCC decoder with Back-EMF for precise slow-speed performance, or be shipped as a DCC-ready unit ready for your decoder and sound upgrade. The minimum curve is 18 inches, ensuring reliable operation on standard HO layouts.
